I fell in love with Nicaragua when I first visited in 2011. Since then, I had hoped to bring communication students to learn about the country and document the amazingly compelling stories of its people.
My hope is that this website helps close the information gap that exists about Nicaragua in the United States. These two countries share such a complicated history, yet most young people are unaware of it. An important part of our mission is to improve understanding and open lines of communication.
